Arbeidsdager ("appen") drives av Berdal Productions (kontakt: berdalproductions@gmail.com). Denne erklæringen forklarer hvilke personopplysninger vi behandler, hvorfor, og hvilke rettigheter du har.

1. Opplysninger vi samler inn

Konto: e-postadresse, navn (om oppgitt), rolle (ansatt/arbeidsgiver), bedriftsnavn.
Profil (valgfritt): profilbilde, telefon, by, tittel, om-meg-tekst.
Arbeidsdata: skift, loggførte arbeidsdager, notater du selv legger inn.
Chat: meldinger og eventuelle bilder du sender i appens chat.
Tilbakemeldinger: meldinger og bilder du sender via tilbakemeldingsfunksjonen.
Teknisk: push-token (kun for varsler), app-versjon og plattform (kun ved tilbakemeldinger).

Vi samler ikke inn lokasjon, kontakter, bilder fra galleri utover dem du selv laster opp, eller annonse-ID.

2. Hvorfor vi behandler dataene

Tilby kjernefunksjonene i appen (innlogging, skiftlogg, chat, rutiner).
Sende push-varsler om nye meldinger og invitasjoner.
Forbedre appen basert på tilbakemeldinger og feilrapporter.

Behandlingen er nødvendig for å oppfylle avtalen mellom oss og deg som bruker (GDPR art. 6 (1) b).

3. Hvem ser dataene

Du selv og brukere i samme organisasjon (din arbeidsgiver / dine ansatte / dine kolleger der relevant).
Supabase (databehandler, EU-region) – lagring og autentisering.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging – levering av push-varsler.
Google Play – distribusjon av appen.

Vi selger ikke data, og vi viser ingen reklame i appen.

4. Lagringstid

Data lagres så lenge kontoen din eksisterer. Når du sletter kontoen (Innstillinger → Slett konto) slettes profil, timer, skift, meldinger og opplastede bilder permanent. Sikkerhetskopi i Supabase kan inneholde data i opptil 30 dager etter sletting.

5. Dine rettigheter

Du kan når som helst:

Se og endre opplysningene dine i Innstillinger.
Slette kontoen og alle data via Innstillinger → Faresone → Slett konto.
Be om innsyn, retting eller dataportabilitet ved å kontakte oss.
Klage til Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

5.1 Slette konto uten å åpne appen

Hvis du ikke lenger har tilgang til appen, kan du be om sletting ved å sende en e-post til berdalproductions@gmail.com fra adressen som er knyttet til kontoen din. Skriv "Sletting av konto" i emnefeltet. Vi bekrefter og fullfører slettingen innen 30 dager.

Følgende slettes permanent: profil, navn, e-post, profilbilde, telefonnummer, timer, skift, chat-meldinger, opplastede bilder og push-token. Sikkerhetskopi kan inneholde data i opptil 30 dager etter sletting.

6. Sikkerhet

All trafikk mellom appen og Supabase går over HTTPS. Tilgangskontroll i databasen (Row Level Security) sørger for at brukere kun kan lese data de selv har rett til å se.

7. Endringer

Vi kan oppdatere denne erklæringen. Større endringer varsles i appen før de trer i kraft.

Privacy Policy

Arbeidsdager (the "app") is operated by Berdal Productions (contact: berdalproductions@gmail.com). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

Account: email, name (if provided), role (employee/employer), company name.
Profile (optional): avatar, phone, city, title, bio.
Work data: shifts, logged work days, notes you enter.
Chat: messages and any images you send through the app's chat.
Feedback: messages and images you send through the feedback form.
Technical: push token (notifications only), app version and platform (feedback only).

We do not collect location, contacts, gallery images beyond what you upload, or advertising ID.

2. Why we process it

To provide the app's core features (sign-in, shift logging, chat, routines).
To send push notifications for new messages and invitations.
To improve the app based on feedback and crash reports.

The processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you (GDPR art. 6 (1) b).

3. Who sees the data

You and users in the same organisation (your employer / your employees / your colleagues where relevant).
Supabase (data processor, EU region) — storage and authentication.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
Google Play — app distribution.

We do not sell data, and the app shows no advertising.

4. Retention

Data is stored for as long as your account exists. When you delete the account (Settings → Delete account) profile, hours, shifts, messages and uploaded images are permanently removed. Supabase backups may retain data for up to 30 days after deletion.

5. Your rights

You may at any time:

View and change your information in Settings.
Delete your account and all data via Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
Request access, correction or data portability by contacting us.
Lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).

5.1 Deleting your account without opening the app

If you no longer have access to the app you can request deletion by emailing berdalproductions@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Use "Delete my account" as the subject. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

The following is permanently removed: profile, name, email, avatar, phone, hours, shifts, chat messages, uploaded images and push token. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days after deletion.

6. Security

All traffic between the app and Supabase is over HTTPS. Row Level Security in the database ensures users can only read data they are entitled to.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect.
